We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using trusted carriers to ensure your activewear arrives safely and promptly.

    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Cost: £12.95
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Available on orders over £50

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We want you to love your Roxii activewear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to exchange or return items.

Key Return Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached, and in original packaging
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear and swimwear unless faulty
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility unless item is faulty/incorrect (we recommend tracked shipping)

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address (provided in your approval email) using a tracked shipping method.
  5. Confirmation: We’ll email you once we’ve processed your return or exchange.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Funds returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size/color is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead. There are no additional shipping fees for exchanges.

Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (like those rare cases when leggings aren’t squat-proof), contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement.
