Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Roxii Clothing Shop, we want you to love your purchase as much as we love creating our premium activewear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our hassle-free returns policy ensures you can shop with confidence.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear and swimwear unless the items are faulty. Please ensure these items are perfect for you before removing tags.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request. Use our template below for quicker processing.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address (provided in your approval email) using a tracked shipping method.
  5. Confirmation: We’ll email you once we’ve processed your return or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size/color is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead. There are no additional shipping fees for exchanges.

Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (like those rare cases when leggings aren’t squat-proof), contact us immediately. We’ll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement.
